Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase.
During busy periods, such as major holidays or promotional events, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status after shipment.
